Luckily for us they still had a couple of boxes on display. The Crazy Lady and I raided the display case and absconded with three crockpots (for assorted family members), and a couple of other pots and pans.
We spent the rest of the day running a bunch of other errands and picked up some other useful things for my apartment. Next stop was S&S's house to deliver one of the crockpots. We hung out with them for a while and I got some awesome (slightly belated) birthday presents.
Today I spent most of my day looking through my closets and packing stuff up in boxes. I'm not really sure how I acquired so much clothing (and junk in general) but it might be time to get rid of some stuff.... Like these vintage school shirts that I found at the back of my closet still in mint condition. But seriously, never been worn! (I did however cut the necks off of some of them because they told me not too and I'm kind of a bad ass....)
We're also experimenting with our new crockpot in the form of some tomato vegetable soup. So far it smells pretty good and I'm pretty excited for dinner.
